Prior to launching Do Better Guidance, Bill successfully grew Vinco Automation from a one-person department to a 25+ employee operation, establishing key vendor and client partnerships with industry leaders like Fanuc Robotics, Berry Global, and Alexandria Industries.

Throughout his career, Bill has led hundreds of automation and technology projects for companies including Verizon Wireless, Princess Cruise Lines, and multiple universities across the Pacific Northwest.

Known for his practical leadership style, technical expertise, and relentless focus on execution, Bill is passionate about helping businesses turn vision into reality — delivering lasting results, not empty promises.
